When ordering appraisals, LoanWyse utilizes The Mercury Network to ensure compliance and drive more efficient appraisal ordering.

Instead of logging into multiple Appraisal Management Company’s (AMC), a loan processor or loan officer can simply create an account and place an order for the desired appraisal product(s). The order will be reviewed for accuracy and automatically assigned to an AMC.

For every new milestone, a user can turn on or off their notification settings to meet their individual needs. Users also have the ability to:

• Request revisions and upload reconsideration of values and add commentary and upload pertinent documentation
• Provide accurate appraisal fee disclosures based on a predictable fee schedule
• Place orders 24 / 7
• Have access to friendly and responsive support

B-Wyse is LoanWyse’s proprietary software application Bank Statement Income Calculator. You can request bank statement calculations within CHLOE and the calculations will bind to your uploaded 3.4 Fannie Mae.
